STFU BIKE - STAY GUARD
The Stay Guard is a low profile replacement stay protector that uses super soft silicone rubber with a tapered fin design to absorb impact forces and associated noise. Works great on its own or pair with our dampers for the ultimate quiet ride!
- Use this unit for small or round chainstays. For larger chainstays use the WIDE version
Trusted by a number of World Cup DH race teams including Intense, Yeti, Dorval Commencal, Kenda NS Bikes.
- Perfect for 2 and 3 front chainring setups that wont work with our chain dampers
- 400mm long x 56mm wide x 12mm high
- Easy to install and compatible with most frames and all gearing
- Long enough to cover the top of your chainstay, part of your seat stay and even a section of the bottom of your chainstay
- Tapered fin design deflects to absorb impact forces and noise from the chain
- Can be used alone or in conjunction with our damper modules for the ultimate chainslap free ride
- Uses quality 3M adhesive - to prevent lift up make sure the guard wraps around and underneath your chainstay. Use the WIDE version for stays larger than 20 mm
